For your convenience our office is open and our phones are answered by our fabulous Customer Care team – Dekara, Judy, Samantha and Patrick – Monday to Friday from 7:45a.m. – 6:45p.m. and Saturday from 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. Our office is closed on Sundays so our deserving employees can spend a day with their families.
Outside of the above hours we provide emergency plumbing services. We have emergency-only technicians on-call after-hours, in case you have a loss of service (water or sewer).
If you have an inquiry or wish to schedule an appointment for service, please call us during our regular work hours as above.

If you require plumbing service please call us during the above hours if you can. We do have after-hours voice mail so if you leave us a message we’ll call you quickly on the next business day.

After-hours Emergencies: if you have a plumbing emergency (loss of service – water or sewer or leak emergencies) when you call you will have the option to connect with our answering service. They will contact our on-call plumber and he will contact you as soon as he can.
Please do not contact us via social media or via our website with a plumbing emergency request as it may not get seen until the next regular business day.
